Coins Policy

1. Purchasing Coins

Lusttalk Coins are a virtual currency used to unlock premium features, send virtual gifts, and initiate special calls. Coins can be purchased directly within the app.

2. Non-Refundable

All Coin purchases are final and non-refundable. Once Coins are deducted from your balance for a service or gift, the transaction cannot be reversed.

3. Earning Coins

Users may also earn Coins through promotional events, daily logins, or by receiving gifts from other users. Earned coins have the same value as purchased coins within the platform.

4. Expiration

Coins do not expire as long as your account remains active. However, if your account is deleted or terminated, any remaining Coin balance will be forfeited.
